TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Maximum number of people allowed is 2
• NO SMKOING
• Damage and breakages is paid for by the tenants
• Parking is at owners risk
• Your booking will be paid for in on the date of arrival
• Long term rentals to be confirmed, stays under 7 days will pay the full amount for the deposit.
• Credit cards, bank transactions and transfers are accepted. All the prices are including tax and VAT

Cancelled Bookings
We should be told of any circumstances regarding your booking, or if there is to be a cancellation, cancellations may result in a loss of deposit and 20% of the rate extra charge. We are not responsible for your own possessions and travel arrangements; therefore we recommend you take the required travel insurance to cover any problems.

Cancellation is through email only, we will only confirm your cancelled booking via email.

Our policy is
Any cancellation 1 month in advance - full deposit refund.

Cancellation 20 days on advance of arrival - 25% refund of deposit.

Cancellation of 2 weeks will have a 10% refund.

No refund will be given if cancellation is under 2 weeks.
